ABOUT THE ROLE 

VinUniversity is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Expert (Content Strategy) to lead the development of impactful content initiatives that strengthen the University’s brand presence and audience engagement. 

This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic content and marketing initiatives across multiple platforms to enhance brand storytelling, support institutional priorities, and drive meaningful engagement with internal and external audiences. 

You will work closely with marketing teams, academic units, creative partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to create compelling content, manage integrated communication campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all communication channels. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   

  • Design and maintain the university-wide content architecture and editorial framework. 
  • Develop editorial standards, storytelling guidelines, and brand voice systems. 
  • Define strategic audience narratives for students, faculty, partners, and external stakeholders. 
  • Build institutional storytelling frameworks for leadership, faculty, student transformation, and flagship initiatives. 
  • Establish faculty profile standards and long-form storytelling formats. 
  • Lead strategic editorial planning and annual content direction. 
  • Ensure narrative consistency across all communication channels. 
  • Continuously evaluate content quality and audience perception to refine editorial strategy. 

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR 

  • Brand voice consistency across platforms.  
  • Quality and adoption of editorial standards.  
  • Audience engagement quality.  
  • Performance of flagship narratives and long-form storytelling.  
  • Improvement in institutional storytelling consistency and quality. 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS   

  • Strong background as an editor, journalist, or content strategist. 
  • Excellent English writing and editorial skills. 
  • Strong structural thinking and editorial judgment. 
  • Ability to design narrative systems rather than only producing content. 
  •  Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage AI tools to enhance strategic thinking, research, storytelling, communication quality, productivity, and creative execution.
