OPPORTUNITY

Marketing Specialist is responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the PR and branding strategy, various online and offline Marketing activities and events.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES 

Digital Platforms Management

  • Manage and grow VinUni’s presence across key digital platforms (website, social media)
  • Continuously improve the VinUni website, ensuring strong research visibility, faculty representation, and alignment with international standards (UX, structure, SEO).
  • Monitor and optimize digital performance using data and insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.

Content Strategy & Development

  • Develop and execute content strategy across all channels, aligned with VinUni’s academic positioning and branding priorities.
  • Produce high-quality English content showcasing teaching excellence and research excellence
  • Lead and contribute to flagship storytelling initiatives that elevate the academic reputation and differentiation.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all communication outputs.

Integrated Campaigns & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing and communication campaigns supporting key priorities
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (colleges, research centers, faculty) to produce content and ensure alignment in messaging and quality.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields
  • Excellent English writing skills, able to write for international audiences
  • Strong storytelling ability, especially for academic/research-related content
  • Experience in digital platforms (website, LinkedIn, SEO, social media)
  • Preferably experience in the education sector (higher education)
  • Experience working with faculty, research content, or academic stakeholders is a strong advantage
  • Practical understanding and application of AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency, content production, and audience engagement
  • Strategic thinking beyond execution; ability to shape content and narrative
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to deliver under high standards and fast pace
  • Passion for education and global impact

ENGLISH PROFICIENCY

English is the language of teaching and communication at VinUniversity. For this role, the minimum requirement is IELTS (Academic) with a score of at least IELTS 6.5.
