ABOUT THE ROLE
VinUniversity is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist (Global Student Brand) to strengthen the University’s brand and elevate its reputation among prospective students and key audiences worldwide.
This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic communication and marketing initiatives that enhance the University’s student brand, support global student recruitment efforts, and position VinUniversity as an inspiring destination for high-achieving learners from around the world.
You will work closely with Admissions, academic leaders, student affairs teams, current students, alumni, and external partners to create compelling content, manage multi-channel communication campaigns, and strengthen the University’s visibility and reputation across international student markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute international student brand campaigns across digital and partnership channels.
- Develop and manage student ambassador storytelling initiatives.
- Support international market activation campaigns and partnership visibility programs.
- Coordinate student-facing content distribution aligned with institutional editorial strategy.
- Manage audience engagement initiatives targeting prospective students and parents.
- Support digital audience growth and international outreach campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and audience engagement insights.
- Execute initiatives based on strategic narrative frameworks defined by the Content Strategy & Editorial Lead.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR
- International audience growth and engagement.
- Campaign reach and engagement quality.
- Quality of traffic and audience interaction.
- Student ambassador participation and campaign effectiveness.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, content marketing, and brand communication strategies for global student audiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with admissions teams, academic leaders, students, alumni, and external partners to develop authentic and engaging brand stories.
- Excellent English writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of global higher education trends, international student recruitment, and student decision-making journeys is preferred.
- Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and campaign execution capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage AI tools to enhance communication quality, productivity, audience engagement, content creation, and creative execution.
