ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the implementation of the University’s Digital-first and AI-first transformation initiatives.

This role ensures operational excellence in project tracking, documentation, coordination, and reporting.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 

1. Project Coordination

• Organize meetings, workshops, and working sessions.
• Track action items and follow up with stakeholders.
• Maintain project timelines and documentation.

2. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare meeting minutes and progress updates.
• Maintain dashboards, trackers, and risk logs.
• Compile data for monthly transformation reports.

3. Benchmarking & Research Support

• Maintain a best-practice and benchmarking repository.
• Support research on Digital/AI-first university models.
• Assist in preparing benchmarking presentations and briefing materials.

4. Training & Communication Support

• Coordinate AI training sessions and workshops.
• Develop basic user guides and communication materials.
• Collect user feedback and adoption data.

Key Performance Indicators

• Accuracy and timeliness of project tracking
• Responsiveness in stakeholder coordination
• Quality of documentation and reporting
• Smooth execution of workshops and project activities

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or operations support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and data tracking.
• Interest in digital innovation and AI applications is preferred.
