Job Description

1. Clinical Research Support

• Participate in the implementation of research projects related to the application of 3D technology in patient care.
• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing clinical data using tools such as R, Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
• Contribute to writing reports, scientific publications, and supporting research documentation.

2. Clinical Coordination

• Liaise with doctors and nurses at hospitals to gather patient records and CT/MRI imaging data.
• Prepare case files for design and production of anatomical models or customized implants.
• Track progress of clinical cases and coordinate delivery of 3D products to the operating room.

3. Budgeting & Logistics

• Plan and monitor budgets for research projects and service operations.
• Handle procurement procedures for necessary materials and equipment according to internal regulations.
• Support invoice issuance, track payments, and coordinate with accounting and finance teams.

4. Customer Service & Partner Coordination

• Maintain communication and relationships with clients (hospitals, physicians, partners using 3D products).
• Provide basic technical support and collect feedback after the use of anatomical models or implants.
• Act as a liaison between the design team and end users within the clinical environment.

Job Requirements

• A degree or ongoing studies in General Medicine, Traditional Medicine, Nursing, or related Health Sciences fields.
• Ability to interpret medical data and scientific literature.
• Proficient in office tools; familiarity with R, advanced Excel, or Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Prior experience in research or clinical settings is preferred.
