JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Learning & Development Collaborator, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, company culture, learning & development, and other ad-hoc tasks. Your key responsibilities include:.
- Coordinate internal engagement activities, events, and team-building programs.
- Assist in developing internal communications to foster a positive work environment.
- Design materials for cultural activities and engagement initiatives.
- Support the creation of cultural publications, including newsletters, posters, and social media content.
- Assist in planning and coordinating training sessions and workshops.
- Support in preparing training materials and managing training records.
- Support other HR projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, and proactive.
- Good English skills.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards HR and people development.
