Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As an HR Collaborator, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, company culture, learning & development, and other ad-hoc tasks. Your key responsibilities include:
- Culture & Engagement Support
- Coordinate internal engagement activities, events, and team-building programs.
- Assist in developing internal communications to foster a positive work environment.
- Design materials for cultural activities and engagement initiatives.
- Draft emails and internal announcements related to company culture.
- Support the creation of cultural publications, including newsletters, posters, and social media content.
- Learning & Development (L&D) Support
- Assist in planning and coordinating training sessions and workshops.
- Support in preparing training materials and managing training records.
- Gather feedback from employees to improve L&D programs.
- Visa & Work Permit Support
- Prepare necessary documents and paperwork for expat visa and work permit applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely processing.
- Other Administrative & HR Tasks
- Support other HR projects as assigned.
- Assist with documentation and administrative tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, and proactive.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards HR and people development.
- Experience or academic background in HR, Business, or related fields is a plus.
