ABOUT THE POSITION

VinUniversity seeks a dynamic, organized individual passionate about education management. As part of the Center for Education Management (CEM), this role will collaborate with faculty and teaching assistants to develop engaging digital and blended learning resources. Beyond e-learning authoring, this role involves instructional design, educational technology, pedagogical support, Canvas LMS innovation, and administrative coordination.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced university setting, proactively managing diverse responsibilities, and uncertainties and complexity. REPORTING LINE: Reports to the Director of Education Management (CEM)

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop blended and online learning experiences.
• Create multimedia content and tutorials for faculty, TAs, and students.
• Assist professional development programs and workshops.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure learning effectiveness.
• Contribute to strategic planning for the Center for Education Management.
• Carry out office administration tasks.
• Carry out tasks required by managers out of working hours when needed

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Education and Experience

• Bachelor‘s degree or higher in any field as long as the candidate has a great passion for higher education and learning.
• Familiarity with learning management systems such as Canvas, Blackboard, D2L, Moodle, or similar.
• Manage diverse office administrative tasks effectively. Experience with office administration is a strong asset.

Communication and interpersonal Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, teaching assistants, and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, startup-like environment and a willingness to adapt to the university‘s evolving needs and contribute to its growth.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and approaches to learning, as well as a commitment to staying updated on emerging trends in education beyond job description.
• Be proactive in handling tasks with minimal supervision while showing high performance and responsibility.
• High resilience and self-awareness are strong assets.
