VinUniversity (VinUni: https://vinuni.edu.vn/) is the first private, not-for-profit Vietnamese university established based on international standards. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning: coordinate action plan of college by working with Dean, Vice Dean, PD, and faculty in charge
• Budgeting: build up budget in details based on action plan, complied with finance regulation, and cost norms of the university
• Forecasting: make an effective forecast on weekly and monthly basis, ensure the accuracy of the forecast complied with acceptable variance set by finance department
• Reporting: make sure all financial and operational data is kept track in effective way, and all data and information can be run to make report as requested
• Processing payment: ensure all payment sets are well-guided and complied with financial guideline and regulation. Payments are submitted in timely manner and kept track to reconcile with and support to finance/accounting team.
• Support College events, initiatives: based on request of Dean/ College leaders.
• Other tasks assigned by the Dean.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of progressively responsible professional experience in an academic or similar setting required.
• Excellent organizational skills, with experience prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment with multiple and conflicting interests.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills. Have the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, understands and follows policies and procedures, and accommodates change. Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on a team.
• The position requires good judgment, rigorous attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion.

ENGLISH PROFICIENCY

English is the language of teaching and communication at VinUniversity. For this role, the candidate needs to have an excellent written and verbal communication skill in English. The minimum requirement is IELTS (Academic) with a score of at least 6.0 (or equivalent).
