ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

VinUniversity is seeking a motivated, organized individual who is passionate about educational technology and to teaching/learning pedagogy serve as the LMS & E-learning Officer of “Khanh Hoa people speak English” Project. This individual will demonstrate an optimistic, highly collaborative approach, highly refined problem solving and critical thinking skills, and the agility to adjust to a fast-paced, rapidly changing “start-up” environment. As an LMS & E-learning Officer for a start-up university that is committed to implementing the highest standards of teaching and research.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Coordinate with CMS/LMS/App supplying vendors.
• Build detailed requirements to develop the LMS & App platform: interface, functions, report form, etc for administrative/operational purposes.
• Manage the vendor‘s implementation progress to ensure the committed deadline.
• Develop the process of administration, E-Learning courses implementation, and lectures on LMS & App.
• Build instruction for users on LMS & App.
• Design and develop E-Learning and Micro-learning courses via software, multimedia art, text, graphics, video, and audio to enhance the courses‘ interactivity and effectiveness fitted to many groups of learners.
• Update, manage & implement online training plans on LMS and App according to the project plan.
• Standardize, update and manage the learning database on LMS/CMS/Website and App: professional profiles (teaching/testing), event volunteers, learning members, and club records.
• In charge of operating E-Learning courses, lectures, and e-libraries.
• Implement online testing and assessment activities for users.
• Extract periodic management reports by the requirement of the Project Management.
• Coordinate with infrastructure vendors to research, apply and develop the most effective solutions to ensure the system‘s stability.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Project Director.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

• Bachelor degree, preferable in Social Science or Information Technology,… and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge & practical experience in the field of learning & development (L&D).
• Experiences in training organization and implementation, operation of LMS & E- learning systems.
• Knowledge in different E-learning systems and experiences with standardized live learning form such as Scorm, AICC…etc.
• Familiar with different softwares to digitalize training materials and/or convert training courses into e-learning courses such as: Storyline, Photoshop, AI, Corel, Video, Studio…
• Candidate with experience in developing E-learning training program & managing LMS system in corporations is preferable.
• Fluent in office applications.
• Good skill in planning and organization.
• Good at both working in team and individually.
• Good at system thinking with ability to do research & suggest ideas for improvement.
• Ability to comprehend and analyze big data in the system in order to extract different management reports on regular basis or ad-hoc upon request of Project Director.
• Good demand of English.
