POSITION SUMMARY
The Education Quality Management Officer is responsible for executing and administering the University’s education quality assurance processes.
The role directly manages accreditation documentation, institutional data systems, academic program review workflows, and quality monitoring mechanisms. The Officer ensures compliance with established standards and drives timely implementation of quality improvement actions across academic units.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accreditation & Compliance Execution
- Prepare and manage accreditation documentation, evidence repositories, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate data collection across academic units to meet accreditation and regulatory requirements.
- Draft self-study reports, quality assurance reports, and official submissions.
- Organize and administer accreditation site visits, meetings, and follow-up action tracking.
- Monitor compliance timelines and ensure required standards are met.
Academic Quality Assurance Operations
- Administer academic program review cycles, including documentation control and workflow management.
- Track learning outcomes assessment data and verify implementation of improvement actions.
- Maintain institutional quality assurance records and academic policy documentation.
- Ensure alignment between curriculum documentation and approved academic standards.
Institutional Data & Reporting
- Collect, validate, and analyze education quality data (course evaluations, student surveys, alumni feedback, etc.).
- Generate dashboards, statistical summaries, and periodic quality performance reports.
- Maintain centralized quality databases and evidence management systems.
- Prepare data submissions for rankings, audits, and external reporting requirements.
Continuous Quality Monitoring
- Monitor implementation of quality enhancement plans across programs.
- Identify gaps in compliance or performance and escalate findings when necessary.
- Facilitate quality assurance workshops and briefings for faculty and staff.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Center.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from prestigious institutions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in higher education quality assurance, accreditation, academic administration, or institutional research.
- Practical experience preparing accreditation documents and managing compliance processes.
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and institutional data systems; familiarity with survey tools is preferred.
- High level of accuracy, organization, and deadline management.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple academic units.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and accountable for deliverables.
